The data controller is Chris Jard. The data collected (identity, contact details, stay dates, group composition, payment information) is used solely to:

• handle your contact or booking request and perform the rental contract;
• send you the arrival and access information for the accommodation;
• meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, including the tourist tax.

It is intended for the publisher and its technical subcontractors (Lodgify booking software, payment provider, host). Requests sent through the contact form are also recorded in Lodgify so that they can be handled there. It is neither sold nor shared. Data linked to a contract is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the period of the legal obligations; simple contact requests are deleted after three years without any exchange.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to hello@lao1860.com. If the response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).
